Those just starting their skiing careers don’t have to miss out on the spectacular scenery of Lake Louise. Easiest trails aren’t relegated to one area at the bottom of the mountain, but instead cover nearly every area of terrain.

From the top of the Eagle Lift beginners can wind all the way down the front on Eagle Meadows. On the backside, Saddleback is an easy trail that goes from the Eagle Ridge summit all the way down the Ptarmigan Quad or back around to the front side. Although all chair lifts have an “easiest way down,” beginners and “Low Intermediates” are asked to avoid runs serviced by the “Top of the World” when visibility is poor.
